They can hold the tablets safely and can be taken out safely as well.The Pill Splitter has transparent see-through tapered lid. Also it is completely spill proof. To avoid nicks and cuts, the blade is fixed at the inner surface of the lid. The blade is quite sharp for accurate cutting of pill. Also 2 storage compartments are there to keep the pill pieces safe for further use.
