It did well, but there were a lot of fine particles. These were no problem with these as they settled to the bottom. There no coffee grounds that made it through. Excellent when used with herbal or teas.

The complete tubing set is great and very helpful for me because I managed to ruin the previous tubing by using too concentrated hydrogen peroxide to sterilise it. The hook also looks excellent but unfortunately I couldn`t tell until it arrived that it wouldn`t suit the hook I needed to hang it from. That didn`t bother me.
