My entire experience was superb. My product was delivered far earlier than I expected. My neighbor signed for it and didn`t get it to me right away. I was so nervous it had been lost, so I emailed Prakasini and received an extremely prompt reply. They gave me the tracking number and delivery information and said to get back with them as soon as I found out.
My crystal mala is amazingly beautiful and this company is fantastic.
