I ordered two separate orders. My first order all the items were ordered in quantities. For some reason - this was not translated and when my order was received I received only single units. The order was complicated because some of my items on the second order where shipped to the first order`s shipping address. So not only did I not receive all of the items that I originally ordered - the items that did ship were shipped to the wrong address !!!! You did absolutely try to right the order - when you sent additional items to the second order`s address ...which I really was happy about. Thank you for resolving the situation in that manner, I appreciated it. For the missing items - (I was ordering for an entire meditation class - I had to find another source.....and was sorry that I did not have the confidence to have you fill my missing item order.)
